Dear Candidate,

I am delighted that you have expressed interest in applying for the new post of Chief of Staff at Gray’s Inn.  I hope you will find the information in the pack useful, but do also look at our website http://www.graysinn.info/.

The successful coordination and management of all the essential activities of the Inn depend on the abilities of the person chosen to be Chief of Staff.  They will report directly to me and will ensure all business functions are efficient, organised and well planned. They will need to provide me with all the necessary information and advice to ensure optimum decisions are made.

This role requires a creative, energetic and results driven thinker, an excellent problem solver, someone very hands on and with first class interpersonal skills to act as the central contact for much of what the Inn does.
