The Training and Workforce Unit is one of the core delivery teams that enables the College to deliver its mission to work to secure the best outcomes for people with mental illness, learning difficulties and developmental disorders. This is achieved by promoting excellent mental health services, training, outstanding psychiatrists, promoting quality and research, setting standards and being the voice of psychiatry.

We are looking for an excellent leader who wants to work with a high performing team and make a genuine difference to the delivery of mental health and patient care.
