We always conduct genuine base research, targeted at organisations that operate within the relevant sectors. This is to ensure that we identify the current ‘stock’ of potential candidates, whom we then approach with details of the position.

We will prepare a list of target organisations which we will agree with you, including any suggestions made by you. In addition, we discuss the position with our established networks of candidates and with the contacts we have across a wide range of not for profit and commercial sectors.
