World Mental Health Day 10 October 2023

World Mental Health Day is about raising awareness of mental health and driving positive change for everyone’s mental health. It was first celebrated in 1992 at the initiative of the World Federation for Mental Health, a global mental health organization with members and contacts in more than 150 countries. This day, each October, thousands of supporters come to celebrate this annual awareness program to bring attention to mental illness and its major effects on peoples' lives worldwide.

It’s also a chance to talk about mental health, how we need to look after it, and how important it is to get help if you are struggling.

Come together with friends, families or colleagues this World Mental Health Day, by holding a Tea & Talk
