We always conduct genuine base research, targeted at organisations that operate within the relevant sectors, plus will will prepare a list of target organisations which we will agree with you, including any suggestions made by you. In addition, we discuss the position with our established networks of candidates and with the contacts we have across a wide range of Not-For-Profit and commercial sectors. It is the breadth and depth of these networks that enables us to source high quality candidates.
Recruitment Advertising - Search & Selection Advertising Selection and Microsite
Working with our advertising and communications partner, we will recommend to you the most appropriate media options to achieve maximum cost-effective coverage for your advertisement. We will prepare the layout and copy for your approval and purchase the agreed media space. In addition to the advertisement we will create a bespoke microsite to support the recruitment process: everything to do with the role is in one place under the assignment name – enabling clarity and focus for candidates wishing to know more.
